Redwood Riverfront Hot Tub and Tastings Included

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here over our spring break. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. The views of the Russian River from the front deck, the use of the kayaks and access to the river, the comfortable, clean and spacious home and the location all made our stay excellent!

This is a gem of a property. There’s nothing quite like waking up and heading straight to the water for a paddle. The views from the house are stunning, but being on the water was even better. The host made everything easy, and having the kayak access felt like a true luxury. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

Great place to stay and unwind in Healdsburg. Only a 10 minute drive into town but this area is full of nature, river access, trails and is absolutely stunning. Doggos were right at home and even had a few off leash dog parks close by. Our host Deb was dream to work with, always responsive and had great tips for the area. Pq/10 would recommend and book again!

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway! There were four adults plus an infant and it was more than enough space. The house is very relaxing and immaculate! It’s only a quick 10 min drive to the square and a Safeway! The road to/from the house is a little windy but only for 5 min.

Don’t judge by front. These are homes built in the 1930’s, remodled to hold the charm of the past and conveinence on the present. Perfect for two couples or a small family. Very easy arrival and exit instructions. Clean and ready to go. My only little issue was how to start the coffee pot. LOL.

Had a lovely weekend in Healdsburg. This property is in a great location, very close (but not walking distance) to downtown, and feels very secluded and peaceful when you are inside the house. The back deck is lovely with a great view of the river. It rained one day otherwise we would have spent much more time out there. The house was clean and comfortable. We were there with another couple, and each couple had a bedroom (we all shared the one bath). Not a ton of privacy but very cozy and we enjoyed taking Uber/Lyft into town for dinners and otherwise drove ourselves around the area. We were low on paper products the last day but called the property manager and he was extremely responsive and prompt in dropping off extra toilet paper and tissues. Would definitely return!

The house was absolutely beautiful! It was a perfect getaway for my husband and me. The house was spotless and had everything that we could possibly need or want. We have stayed in many VRBO's in the past, but this one is our favorite! Just be careful on the road leading to the property. We did use uber when we went to a wine dinner and it worked out perfectly. We can't wait to go back. Paula and Tony

Nice house. Managers were very responsive to our issue with the grill. The house could use a couple of more comfortable chairs in the living room. The two low chairs are visually appealing but not very practical. Otherwise comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils.

Second time renting this house. Good size for 4 people, but no more since it only has 1 bathroom. Comfy beds, nice big deck, great view. Really nice to be right on the river and watch the kayaks and tubes float by. The home itself is very nice, but several things need attention. The kitchen is bare bones. It needs to be better stocked with basic kitchen supplies and serving dishes/bowls. We had to borrow several items. The living room looks very nice but the furniture is not comfortable at all, especially the rattan chairs! We spent most of our time on the deck. Again, improvements needed there. Very old wood table/chairs that need some attention. No umbrella, and a few of the patio chaise lounges were broken. No hose outside to wash things down. This could be a great rental, but it is lacking several amenities to make it worth the price!

This property is perfect for visiting the Healdsburg area for wine tasting. It is close to downtown & all the regional wineries. The deck overlooking the Russian River was great to relax at the end of the day to share a bottle of wine & cheese. The property was very clean & the beds were very comfortable. Property is nicely presented. Road to property was pretty rough but accessible. Power outage and near by fire made our stay very short. Waiting for Vrbo feedback, was told they would make some credit adjustments for the situation, but nothing yet. Will be happy to revisit this review pending Vrbo getting back to me.

great view, quiet. lovely escape. Clean and well looked after. Would not recommend more than 4 people unless you are extremely close. Was an ideal couple get away. The hot tub was an inflatable under the deck. Wasn’t warm or clean. Or desirable. This was the only downside. While it took time for the owners to get back to us (only after we contacting VRBO) they did give a partial refund. Would look to stay there again, but with an understanding that the hot tub is not a charged amenity.

My daughters and I were in Healdsburg for a Mother's Day wine tasting weekend and this spot couldn't have been better. The inside space was open, bright and cheery and the deck gave us a taste of morning fog and gorgeous river scenery. The beds were comfy and there was room in the bathroom for two to get ready at the same time. It's a quick drive into town, too. If we return to the area we will stay here again.

The house is exactly what was pictured online. We stayed over New Years and there was holiday decorations up which made it so cozy. They also had a highchair and pack n play ready for my one year old which made my traveling with 2 kids so much easier. It is like 5-7 mins from downtown Healdsburg. This is the perfect vacation house for a magical trip to Healdsburg. We definitely will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and getting checked in was a breeze. It's right on the river and has a balcony surrounded by huge redwood trees...stunning. Highly recommend if you are planning to visit wine country. There was a card on the refrigerator for a personal driver. We called and he drove us around wine country all day...the house is in the hills and there are some winding roads that you probably don't want to drive after drinking wine all day. He is very inexpensive.

We took our 11 month old on this trip and we had a wonderful time playing in the river and dining in downtown Healdsburgh, which is just a short drive away. The patio at the house was very spacious and the stairs leading down to the river allowed easy access. The house was equipped with everything we needed from the BBQ to all the cooking supplies we needed. We did not realize we forgot some baby toys and sunglasses and the management contacted us and shipped it free of charge. It was a great stay and we would definitely rent this house again!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our visit to Healdsburg. We have stayed in many of the hotels, but this was really a great experience. the house itself is extremely clean and has everything you need. Beds are very comfortable and the 2 bedrooms are exactly the same size. It is perfect for 2 couples, but you wouldn't want anymore than 4. The setting is so beautiful and peaceful. The deck is amazing and it is an easy walk down to the river. It is very easy to drive around and experience wine country from this location - we also used Uber at night into town for dinner and back. Super easy. Would definitely stay again!!

Only superlatives come to mind regarding this rental. It is impeccably furnished, and well outfitted with fine bed linens and down comforters, generous supply of towels, and a kitchen well supplied with cooking equipment and dishes. The setting is beautiful, with a large deck overlooking the Russian River, with only wooded areas in view on the other side. It is only a 10-minute drive from the house to the downtown plaza in Healdsburg. We would be happy to stay here again.

This home has been updated and has nice fixtures, appliances (albeit small fridge and dishwasher) with a great deck to enjoy the scenery. The two bedrooms are reasonably sized with comfortable beds; however, with four adults, the one bathroom can be an issue. It mentions a hot tub in the directions for tenants; however, there isn't one. For the price, it was a great getaway.

We stayed here for a weekend in September 2015. The home was very clean, WiFi worked great, key-less locks were simple to use and the home was right on the river with a convenient (and gorgeous) walkway down to the river. The deck is fantastic and we wish we could've taken advantages of the kayaks. Only complaint was that the home doesn't have AC and we happened to catch an incredibly hot weekend (100+ degrees) - there is a large, portable AC unit but it worked just OK. The home was about 10 minutes from downtown and had a great location. I absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again.

This house is not good enough to justify the high price. After the cleaning fees and other charges, it came out to a much higher nightly price than would be justified. I was given the wrong entry code. The house is 3 miles from town, not 1.5 as stated. The river access is adequate at best, it's a rocky and slipperyt entrance to the river. There is neither AC or screens or the windows, so to keep the place cool on a warm day, you'll have bugs. Lastly, the first thing you read upon walking in is a notice that you will be charged extra if you don't do the work that you're already overpaying a cleaning company to do.

This house is amazing. It's in a great location, right beside the river. Saturday was perfect for barbecuing and floating on the river. It is an easy drive to town. The house itself has everything. It makes for a great vacation rental. I do not hesitate in recommending the house and would gladly stay there again. Wine Country Lodges, who manage the property, were in contact with me with all the details of the house prior to our stay. They also left a manual at the property with all the details of the area.

We had a decent stay at Riverfront. Having the house by the river was pleasant. We were a bit disappointed to find that the hot tub was below the deck and we couldnt use it at night since there seem to be no outdoor light. Overall it was nice secluded stay.

Easy walk down to the riverbank from the back deck. And 1/4 mile stroll down to the dead end of the quiet street & onto footpath to river beach. I fished every day! House was equipped well enough for our week stay. Quick drive over the hill into town when needed. We loved it and hope to stay again!

Bed comfort terrible. AC not working. Very Hot interior despite trying to use provided fans. Deck very close to neighbors and noisy. Slid on door map, and fell. Hit head on clothing rack. Overall lacked comfort and good atmosphere of getaway we were hoping for.

My wife and I and adult kids celebrated my birthday at the cabin and enjoyed every minute of it. We spent tons of time on the deck enjoying the weather and great views. The cabin is on the river and we used the kayaks and swam almost every day. The cabin is also very close to town and all the restaurants, breweries, wineries, golf etc. We also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and bbq’ing on the deck. We would definitely recommend staying here its a great place.

My best friend and I (plus my dog) very much enjoyed this property. Conversation with the rental company was top notch. The two bedrooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we need to cook meals after enjoying the river all day. It could use a few more staples (oven mitts, aluminum foil, saran wrap, a few pieces of tupperware) but otherwise really great. The upper deck is lovely for bird watching and the lower level concrete slab by the river was perfect for hanging out and having a nice cocktail. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

Check in was easy, location was nice, being on the river great, hosts were super great.A few areas they could improve on; nicer outdoor furniture, table and chairs were rickety and old, TV was just slightly bigger than a computer screen.All in all, we had a great time and love that they accept pets!

Wonderful, relaxing stay on the river. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Easy Uber ride into town for wine tasting or dinner. House is as advertised in the pictures. Use of kayaks was great, though water is low right now. Beautiful view from deck while eating outside. Especially nice to have a grill to BBQ on. We used almost every night. We appreciated having a place to stay in Sonoma wine country and enjoyed the convenience of being close to Santa Rosa. The unit was simple and met our basic needs, though a bit more comfort would have made the Napa experience feel special. It also would have been wonderful if the host could have accommodated our early check‑in request after our long flight. Beautiful riverside property within accessible distance to downtown Healdsburg. We enjoyed daily runs into town from the house (testing our legs on the hills). The deck was perfect for happy hour and charcuterie with ample shade for the already warming days. Perfect for 4 close friends/family.

Our goal was to spend time shopping and wine tasting in Downtown Healdsburg, and this property was a perfect distance away! Being able to sit and enjoy coffee overlooking the river was perfect. The bathroom and kitchen are small but have everything you need!

The perfect cabin for a weekend get away. Stocked with everything you need, in great condition and on the river. Had coffee on the porch in the morning, watched the kayakers go by all day, kayaked in the afternoon and headed to town for dinner. We will definitely be back.

My friends and I really wanted to love this home but we ran into several issues. It was over 100 when we were there and the swamp cooler at the property is pretty much useless (and there are no directions to operate). We wanted to open the windows to get the cooler air in at night but none of the windows or doors have screens, so a lot of bugs flew in and we quickly had to close them. We also were excited about using the river but no where in the listing does it say that there is not really any access on the property to the river. It is riverfront (the main reason we rented this property) but there are no stairs, etc so it's pretty dangerous to get down and up, especially for my pregnant friend. Lastly, the house needs some more comfy furniture inside and outside. There were only 2 chairs outside that were not broken so all 4 of us could not sit outside together. Inside, the sofa is comfortable but the other living room furniture is not suitable for adults so a couple of my friends were always sitting on the floor. Beds were comfortable, we liked the location and there is a definitely a charm to the place, but some minor adjustments to the property would make it much more enjoyable.

We had lovely stay in this beautiful home. My favorite part of the house is the back deck. We sat out there every AM watching birds and just enjoying the peace and tranquility. It was myself and 2 kids and we had plenty of space. Would definitely stay again.
