We had an unforgettable stay at this amazing oceanfront property! Located right across from the Pacific Ocean, the views from the home were absolutely stunning. Watching the sunset from the patio was a highlight of every evening, and we were even treated to the incredible sight of whales passing by right from the deck. The location is unbeatable for outdoor lovers—you are just minutes away from several scenic coastal hiking trails. It’s also an easy 30-minute drive to Guerneville, Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve, and Johnson’s Beach, making day trips and river outings super convenient. The setup of the house worked wonderfully for our family. The detached section with its own private bathroom was a huge bonus, giving the kids their own comfortable space and privacy. We would love to come back again and highly recommend this host and home to anyone looking for a memorable coastal getaway

Fabulous property/location. This was the most supplied, equipped and organized rental we've experienced to date! Clean, comfortable with a fabulous deck & ocean view. Close & easy access to multitude of beaches and trails. We had our two year old grandchild with us. The property was set up child proof with lots of toys, infant dishes, high chair, and pack & play. Communication with company was quick, courtesy, and effective. This place rocks!

Debi provided excellent service and communication prior, during, and after our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with many appliances, dishware, glassware, cutlery, and spices. The balcony offered vast views of the ocean and the firepit kept us warm. The separated guest house was also a plus since it had its own bathroom, living area, wet bar, and balcony, so it felt like a hotel studio suite. The location is prime since it’s a close drive to Portugese Beach and local eateries/markets.

We had a wonderful few days at this rental. The neighborhood is quiet, the view from the deck is beautiful . The place is clean, well stocked kitchen, and beach toys for our grandkids. The studio unit worked great for us, the grandparents. It allowed the kids the quiet privacy for bedtime for the littles, and for the early morning breakfast prep! We really appreciated the child safety protection and locks on fireplace, tables, and cupboards! A wonderful time for all of us, thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! The house and studio were beautiful, clean and cozy with nice touches that made us feel right at home. The king-size beds were very comfortable, and the living room was a great place to relax and watch movies after spending the day exploring the area. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and soaking up the view. Debra was very communicative. All in all, we had a fantastic vacation at the Bodega Bay Oasis, and would highly recommend it.

Celebrated my 50th birthday and the smooth stay in a super clean house made it great. It’s a little farther away from the beach than I expected. While we couldn’t hear the sound of waves crashing on the beach, we were able to see some whales from the balcony! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinner, and the layout with the two bedrooms and a separate little cottage was perfect for my two friends and I to have our own space.

The property was gorgeous with great views and good location to many beaches. The deck had comfy furniture and table for dining. A nice windbreak glass made it pleasant to use even on a windy day. The bedrooms were all beautiful and spacious. It was especially convenient that the detached 3rd bedroom had a fridge and coffee pot. Host communication was prompt and thorough. Check in keypad was flawless. We are already looking forward to our return visit!

The main house was open with plenty of room for adults and kids. The kitchen had counter space and everything we needed for making all of our meals at home. The dining table was large with plenty of seating for everyone. The beach theme decor throughout the home was very cute and inspiring for our beach weekend.

Our group of friends had a wonderful, restorative trip at this beautiful home. The views were spectacular. The beach was within minutes walking distance. The kitchen was well-stocked, and it was a joy to grill on the BBQ and have a dinner out on the patio. Rooms were spacious, clean, and bright, each with ocean views. Debi was very communicative throughout and accommodated our request for an early check in and late check out, which was much appreciated. Couldn’t do better on location! Would come back again in a heartbeat.

The property was amazing. A spacious living room, well appointed kitchen and comfy beds. You could stay connect with WiFi and access to streaming services or unplug on the deck that over looks the ocean. A wonderful place to stay. My family and I enjoyed our time there.

Our group of 5 Chico State Alumni Women ( going on 40 years now!) always have 2 "Chickfests" a year to enjoy some re-connection and share food, some good wine, fun, and art! Bodega Bay is always one of those trips. This year we needed a bigger place and chose this house. IT. WAS. FABULOUS!!!!! Very spacious, tons of amenities and supplies (especially, the kitchen!) walkable to the beach, and gorgeous views. We especially loved the studio.. It was HUGE and had it's own private space. We loved every minute there and it was unanimous that this is the house to come back to each year. Upon arrival my two kids ages 10 and 15 wandered throughout the place and were impressed by the size and layout. Very large bedrooms in the main house with king size high quality beds. Very clean and very open views of ocean from living room, kitchen, bedrooms. Heated bathroom floors too! Second unit was for my mother and included king bed, en suite bathroom, kitchenette, and separate outdoor deck. Images and description on VRBO are accurate. Very short, pleasant walk to beach. Short drive to Bodega Bay and surrounding beaches. We enjoyed flying the kites and using the beach chairs and toys that are all provided. BBQ and fire pit work great. Clean and well managed property. Very successful stay for us. Thanks!

We spent a lovely weekend in the cozy and well appointed home. We could walk to the beach, enjoyed clam chowder at Spud Point and found everything we needed in close proximity! This is our third stay in this rental and everything is as well cared for and clean as it first.

We stayed here for a few days to get away from the inland summer heat in CA. Beautiful home. Lovely furnishings, with a nicely organized kitchen and pretty guest cottage. Decks surround the house, giving access to the amazing views of the Pacific. This was a perfect stay--looking forward to coming again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The dishwasher leaked on the floor when we ran it. No salt or pepper in the pantry. Everything else was perfect!

This place was more than we expected. Location great, sunset view beautiful, the abundance of deers that flowed past each night was spectacular. Home had everything it said it did. Would definitely stay again. THanks for making it all easy and beautifully peaceful.
